吸附階段：有機(jī)廢氣經(jīng)過沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附后直接達(dá)標(biāo)排放，沸石分子篩由于孔徑的大小能根據(jù)廢氣分子的大小和極性的不同進(jìn)行選擇性的吸附。即使廢氣成分的濃度很低仍具有較高的吸附能力，且在高溫下扔具有很強(qiáng)的吸附能力，這是其他吸附劑不具備的。

Adsorption stage: Organic waste gas is directly discharged after being adsorbed by zeolite wheels, and zeolite molecular sieves can selectively adsorb according to the size and polarity of waste gas molecules due to their pore size. Even if the concentration of exhaust gas components is very low, it still has high adsorption capacity, and it has strong adsorption capacity at high temperatures, which is not possessed by other adsorbents.

脫附階段：沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪始終保持非常緩慢的旋轉(zhuǎn)，在廢氣處理區(qū)吸附飽和，在再生區(qū)把吸附在沸石里的有機(jī)廢氣通過熱空氣吹掃下脫附出來。熱空氣的溫度根據(jù)廢氣的成分而設(shè)定，沸石吸附更大的特點(diǎn)就是沸石不可燃，脫附時(shí)可保持較高的脫附溫度因而可適用于很多沸點(diǎn)較高的廢氣成分，這一點(diǎn)是活性炭吸附+催化燃燒所達(dá)不到的。

Desorption stage: The zeolite wheel always maintains a very slow rotation, saturating the adsorption in the waste gas treatment zone, and desorbing the organic waste gas adsorbed in the zeolite through hot air blowing in the regeneration zone. The temperature of the hot air is set according to the composition of the exhaust gas. The greater characteristic of zeolite adsorption is that it is not combustible, and can maintain a high desorption temperature during desorption, making it suitable for many high boiling point exhaust gas components. This is not achieved by activated carbon adsorption+catalytic combustion.

RTO燃燒階段：沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪實(shí)際上是個(gè)濃縮裝置，把低濃度大風(fēng)量廢氣里的廢氣分子捕捉、富集到沸石上面。當(dāng)脫附時(shí)就能用很小的熱風(fēng)從沸石中把廢氣分子吹掃出來。這時(shí)脫附出來的高濃度小風(fēng)量的廢氣就可直接進(jìn)入RTO蓄熱焚燒爐進(jìn)行高溫焚燒。由于出來的廢氣濃度較高風(fēng)量較小，所以RTO設(shè)備使用很低的輔助燃料就可以讓廢氣得到較好的凈化效果。

RTO combustion stage: The zeolite runner is actually a concentration device that captures and enriches exhaust gas molecules from low concentration and high airflow exhaust gas onto the zeolite. When desorbing, a small amount of hot air can be used to blow out the exhaust gas molecules from the zeolite. At this point, the high concentration and small air volume of the desorbed waste gas can directly enter the RTO thermal storage incinerator for high-temperature incineration. Due to the high concentration of exhaust gas and low air volume, RTO equipment can achieve good purification effects by using very low auxiliary fuel.

沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪恢復(fù)階段：沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪脫附區(qū)經(jīng)高溫再生后會使得沸石溫度很高，使吸附效果變差。因而要對經(jīng)過高溫吹掃過的沸石區(qū)域用補(bǔ)冷風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行降溫，降溫后的沸石又具有吸附廢氣的能力，周而復(fù)始循環(huán)往復(fù)吸附廢氣。

Zeolite wheel recovery stage: After high-temperature regeneration of the zeolite wheel desorption zone, the zeolite temperature will be very high, resulting in poor adsorption effect.
