In addition to the above factors, from a technical perspective, the following non factors are also worth noting:

一、氣體的爆炸下限與溫度有關(guān)。通常，溫度愈高，反應(yīng)速度愈快，爆炸范圍愈大。當(dāng)進(jìn)入催化燃燒裝置的廢氣濃度過大時(shí)，催化燃燒裝置的溫度將會(huì)升高，加之自前國(guó)產(chǎn)催化燃燒裝置均未設(shè)置廢氣濃度檢測(cè)和控制設(shè)備，而溫度升高后的廢氣的爆炸下限值將比手冊(cè)給出的值要小，再加上裝置中廢氣成分混合的不均勻性，在局部區(qū)域可能超過高溫條件下廢氣的真實(shí)爆炸下限，則有爆炸的危險(xiǎn)。

1、 The lower explosive limit of a gas is related to temperature. Usually, the higher the temperature, the faster the reaction speed, and the larger the explosion range. When the concentration of exhaust gas entering the catalytic combustion device is too high, the temperature of the catalytic combustion device will increase. In addition, since the previous domestic catalytic combustion devices have not been equipped with exhaust gas concentration detection and control equipment, the lower explosion limit of the exhaust gas after temperature increase will be smaller than the value given in the manual. In addition, the uneven mixing of exhaust gas components in the device may exceed the true explosion limit of the exhaust gas under high temperature conditions in local areas, There is a risk of explosion.

二、一般來講，大多數(shù)廢氣中的成份在同樣爆炸下限濃度下，所含的燃燒熱值可視為相同值，每1%的爆炸下限值約含熱值1868千焦/牛·米勺如果燃燒，即熱值全部用于使廢氣本身升溫，則1%的爆炸下限值的廢氣燃燒可使廢氣升溫15.3℃；當(dāng)廢氣濃度達(dá)到25%的爆炸下限值時(shí)，可使廢氣本身溫度升高。

2、 Generally speaking, most components in exhaust gas can be considered to have the same combustion heat value at the same lower explosive limit concentration. For every 1% lower explosive limit, the combustion heat value is approximately 1868 kJ/N · m spoon.
