對(duì)于連續(xù)工作，設(shè)有兩個(gè)吸附床交替使用，以保證生產(chǎn)和凈化過(guò)程的連續(xù)操作。

對(duì)于間斷工作，采用單個(gè)吸附床就能解決問(wèn)題。

For intermittent work, using a single adsorption bed can solve the problem.

吸附：有機(jī)廢氣首先經(jīng)過(guò)干式漆霧過(guò)濾器去除漆霧，然后進(jìn)入填充了活性炭的吸附床，吸附凈化。

Adsorption: Organic waste gas is first removed by a dry paint mist filter, and then enters an adsorption bed filled with activated carbon for adsorption purification.

吸附后的凈化氣體直接排空。

The purified gas after adsorption is directly discharged.

脫附箱：

Desorption box:

脫附：當(dāng)流出床層吸附飽和時(shí)，即停止本床層的吸附操作（切換到另一吸附床）。

Desorption: When the outflow bed is saturated with adsorption, the adsorption operation of this bed is stopped (switching to another adsorption bed).

對(duì)于達(dá)到允許吸附量的吸附床，按一定的濃度比把吸附在活性炭上的有機(jī)物用熱風(fēng)進(jìn)行脫附。

For an adsorption bed that reaches the allowable adsorption capacity, the organic matter adsorbed on activated carbon is desorbed using hot air at a certain concentration ratio.

脫附出來(lái)的高濃度有機(jī)氣體再經(jīng)過(guò)換熱器預(yù)熱，進(jìn)入催化床燃燒分解為二氧化碳和水。

The high concentration organic gas desorbed is preheated by a heat exchanger and enters the catalytic bed for combustion and decomposition into carbon dioxide and water.

催化燃燒箱：

在催化燃燒階段，不需要外加熱源。
