通過風(fēng)機產(chǎn)生的負(fù)壓煙塵由吸氣罩吸入煙塵，經(jīng)柔性吸氣臂進入一級粗過濾段，大顆粒直徑粉塵被過濾下來，含微細(xì)粉塵的氣流進入精過濾芯器，粉塵的過濾分享在凈化室內(nèi)通過濾芯的分享作用完成，煙塵則被濾芯阻攔在其表面上，凈化后的空氣經(jīng)風(fēng)機排出，當(dāng)被阻攔的煙塵在濾芯表面不斷沉積時，濾芯里外的壓差也同時不斷加大，達(dá)到一定的壓差時開啟脈沖淺灰系統(tǒng)，將聚積濾筒外面面的粉塵清理下來。
