一、沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪+RTO（蓄熱式氧化器）工藝:

　　1、 Zeolite Wheel+RTO (Regenerative Oxidizer) Process:

　　是一種高效的VOCs（揮發(fā)性有機(jī)化合物）廢氣處理技術(shù)，特別適用于處理大風(fēng)量、中低濃度的有機(jī)廢氣。這套工藝結(jié)合了沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪的濃縮能力和RTO的氧化分解能力，實(shí)現(xiàn)了節(jié)能減排和經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行的目標(biāo)。

　　It is an efficient VOCs (volatile organic compound) waste gas treatment technology, particularly suitable for treating high air volume, low to medium concentration organic waste gas. This process combines the concentration capacity of zeolite rotors with the oxidative decomposition capacity of RTO, achieving the goals of energy conservation, emission reduction, and economic operation.

　　沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪是一種旋轉(zhuǎn)式的吸附裝置，其核心是由沸石分子篩組成的蜂窩狀結(jié)構(gòu)。沸石具有高度的親水性和選擇性吸附能力，能夠從廢氣中捕捉并濃縮VOCs。沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪分為三個區(qū)域：吸附區(qū)、解吸（再生）區(qū)和冷卻區(qū)。

　　Zeolite wheel is a rotary adsorption device, with a honeycomb structure composed of zeolite molecular sieves at its core. Zeolite has high hydrophilicity and selective adsorption ability, which can capture and concentrate VOCs from exhaust gas. The zeolite wheel is divided into three zones: adsorption zone, desorption (regeneration) zone, and cooling zone.

　　2. Desorption (regeneration) zone: When the zeolite wheel rotates to the desorption zone, high-temperature air (usually 180-220 ° C) is used to heat the zeolite, causing the adsorbed VOCs to desorb and form high concentration VOCs vapor.

　　3. 冷卻區(qū)：脫附后的沸石通過冷卻區(qū)恢復(fù)吸附能力，準(zhǔn)備再次吸附廢氣中的VOCs。

　　1. 蓄熱氧化：濃縮后的VOCs蒸汽被送入RTO，通過蓄熱體預(yù)熱，然后在高溫（760-950°C）條件下，VOCs被氧化分解。
