催化燃燒設備是借助催化作用，將生產(chǎn)出來的不好處理的VOCs做嚴格處理，以處理之后的氣體達標，不污染環(huán)境為主。為保障設備的使用壽命及良好的運行狀態(tài)，需要進行日常檢查及定期加強對設備的維護與保養(yǎng)：

Catalytic combustion equipment uses catalysis to strictly treat the produced VOCs that are difficult to treat, with the aim of achieving standard gas emissions and not polluting the environment. To ensure the service life and good operating condition of the equipment, it is necessary to conduct daily inspections and regularly strengthen the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment:

1、用戶應定期檢查、保養(yǎng)設備

2、定期清理粉塵一次，打開設備電源箱對高壓模塊表面清潔粉塵，然后安裝復原；

2. Regularly clean the dust, open the power box of the equipment, clean the surface of the high-voltage module with dust, and then install and restore it;

2、在進行維護保養(yǎng)時，嚴禁帶電操作；設備檢修前需要斷電檢修，并在電控柜前掛警示牌“維修中請勿送電”。

4、要傳輸?shù)倪^程順利。進入催化燃燒設備的管段應該光滑，并且要有一段直管，廢氣進入設備的時候能夠形成穩(wěn)定的恒流，使用的傳輸管道是用金屬軟管連接，以產(chǎn)生小的震動效果。

4. The process of transmission is smooth. The pipeline section entering the catalytic combustion equipment should be smooth and have a straight section. When the exhaust gas enters the equipment, it can form a stable constant flow. The transmission pipeline used is connected with a metal hose to generate small vibration effects.

5、要留出設備的檢修以及維護空間。設備應該在頂部裝設防雨措施，設備長時間的運轉肯定會有損壞，如果不留出檢修的空間，到時候得把設備全部拆開，而這個工作量還是比較大的。

5. Leave room for equipment maintenance and repair. The equipment should be equipped with rainproof measures at the top. Long term operation of the equipment will definitely cause damage. If there is no maintenance space left, the equipment will have to be completely dismantled, and this workload is still relatively large.

6、應該在風機的前段裝設風量控制裝置，想讓催化燃燒設備的處理優(yōu)勢發(fā)揮大，進入設備的風量應該是穩(wěn)定的，而且風量要平穩(wěn)過渡，如果風量時大時小，不僅廢氣處理效果不佳，而且對除臭設備也會造成的影響。

6. An air flow control device should be installed in the front section of the fan. In order to maximize the processing advantages of catalytic combustion equipment, the air flow entering the equipment should be stable, and the air flow should transition smoothly. If the air flow is large and small, not only will the exhaust gas treatment effect be poor, but it will also have an impact on the deodorization equipment.
