(1) 適用范圍

①沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮裝置一般適用于風(fēng)量范圍在5000-200000m3/h(單臺)，VOCs濃度<1500mg/m3的廢氣的治理，并確保轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附后廢氣達(dá)標(biāo)排放。

① The zeolite molecular sieve rotary concentration device is generally suitable for the treatment of waste gas with an air volume range of 5000-20000m3/h (single unit) and a VOCs concentration of<1500mg/m3, and ensures that the waste gas meets the emission standards after adsorption by the rotary wheel.

②進(jìn)入沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮裝置的廢氣溫度宜<45℃。

② The exhaust gas temperature entering the zeolite molecular sieve rotary concentration device should be less than 45 ℃.

③進(jìn)入沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮裝置的廢氣相對濕度<85%。

④進(jìn)入沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮裝置的廢氣中不宜含有粉塵、油煙類物質(zhì)、高沸點(diǎn)類物質(zhì)、易發(fā)生聚合反應(yīng)的物質(zhì)、使分子篩性能退化的酸堿腐蝕性物質(zhì)等。

④ The exhaust gas entering the zeolite molecular sieve rotary concentration device should not contain dust, oil smoke substances, high boiling point substances, substances that are prone to polymerization reactions, and acid-base corrosive substances that degrade the performance of the molecular sieve.

①濃縮裝置的沸石分子篩宜采用對揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物有選擇性吸收的疏水性分子篩，動態(tài)吸水率宜<10%。

① The zeolite molecular sieve of the concentration device should be hydrophobic molecular sieve with selective absorption of volatile organic compounds, and the dynamic water absorption rate should be less than 10%.

②沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附區(qū)表觀流速宜<4.5m/s。

② The apparent flow rate in the adsorption zone of the zeolite molecular sieve impeller should be less than 4.5m/s.

③沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪之前廢氣至少要達(dá)到F7級過濾，保障進(jìn)入沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪的廢氣中顆粒物含量<1mg/m3。

③ Before the zeolite molecular sieve wheel, the exhaust gas must reach at least F7 level filtration to ensure that the particle content in the exhaust gas entering the zeolite molecular sieve wheel is less than 1mg/m3.

④正常工況下，沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮裝置凈化效率≥90%(濃度越低，凈化效率越難保障)。

①催化劑使用鉑鈀貴金屬，要求負(fù)載量350-850g/m3，空速范圍 16000h-1-25000h-1，處理濃度范圍≤6g，催化床溫度≥300℃，催化劑處理效率≥90%。

① The catalyst uses platinum palladium precious metal, with a required loading capacity of 350-850g/m3, a space velocity range of 16000h-1-25000h-1, a processing concentration range of ≤ 6g, a catalytic bed temperature of ≥ 300 ℃, and a catalyst processing efficiency of ≥ 90%.

②沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪吸附濃縮催化燃燒系統(tǒng)具有獨(dú)立的PLC控制系統(tǒng)，運(yùn)行過程中，應(yīng)具有數(shù)據(jù)紀(jì)錄保存功能，紀(jì)錄時(shí)間間隔≤1min，保存時(shí)間不低于1年。

② The zeolite molecular sieve rotary adsorption concentration catalytic combustion system has an independent PLC control system. During operation, it should have a data recording and storage function, with a recording interval of ≤ 1 minute and a storage time of no less than 1 year.

紀(jì)錄參數(shù)包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容：主風(fēng)機(jī)頻率、脫附風(fēng)機(jī)頻率、廢氣溫濕度、冷卻出口溫度、脫附進(jìn)出口溫度、吸附區(qū)壓差、脫附區(qū)壓差、過濾裝置壓差、催化劑前后溫度、換熱器前后溫度。

The recorded parameters include but are not limited to the following: main fan frequency, desorption fan frequency, exhaust gas temperature and humidity, cooling outlet temperature, desorption inlet and outlet temperature, adsorption zone pressure difference, desorption zone pressure difference, filtration device pressure difference, temperature before and after catalyst, and temperature before and after heat exchanger.

(4) 安全要求

①沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮裝置脫附溫度宜在180-220℃，高溫脫附模式沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪最高脫附溫度不應(yīng)超過 300℃。

① The desorption temperature of the zeolite molecular sieve rotary concentration device should be between 180-220 ℃. In the high-temperature desorption mode, the maximum desorption temperature of the zeolite molecular sieve rotary should not exceed 300 ℃.

②沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮后氣體的濃度不得超過爆炸下限的25%。

② The concentration of gas after concentration by the zeolite molecular sieve rotary wheel shall not exceed 25% of the lower explosive limit.

③濃縮裝置安裝區(qū)域內(nèi)應(yīng)按規(guī)定設(shè)置消防設(shè)施。

③ Fire protection facilities should be installed in the installation area of the concentration device according to regulations.

④沸石分子俯轉(zhuǎn)輪的沸石分子篩應(yīng)具有耐高溫及不燃特性。

⑤沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪的沸石分子篩在使用過程中不應(yīng)脫落，從而影響處理效率。

⑤ The zeolite molecular sieve of the zeolite molecular sieve wheel should not fall off during use, thereby affecting the treatment efficiency.

①沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮裝置設(shè)施臺賬應(yīng)紀(jì)錄：沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪巡檢時(shí)間(一周至少巡檢一次)，過濾材料更換時(shí)間，密封材料更換時(shí)間，催化劑更換時(shí)間，沸石分子篩轉(zhuǎn)輪更換時(shí)間以及其他維修記錄。

① The facility ledger of the zeolite molecular sieve rotary concentration device should record: the inspection time of the zeolite molecular sieve rotary wheel (at least once a week), the replacement time of filter materials, sealing materials, catalysts, zeolite molecular sieve rotary wheel, and other maintenance records.

②三方檢測報(bào)告中應(yīng)包含催化燃燒設(shè)備進(jìn)出口濃度和凈化效率。

② The third-party testing report should include the inlet and outlet concentration and purification efficiency of catalytic combustion equipment.
