Zeolite rotary adsorption+catalytic combustion is currently a mature and practical process for VOCs organic waste gas treatment in China. It mainly consists of exhaust gas pretreatment system, zeolite rotary adsorption and concentration system, desorption system, catalytic combustion system, cooling and drying system, and automatic control system. The zeolite wheel first adsorbs and compresses organic waste gas, and then desorbs the high concentration waste gas molecules from the zeolite after compression, and sends them to the catalytic oxidation furnace for flameless combustion, achieving the purpose of purifying organic waste gas.
