Rotary adsorption: The pre treated exhaust gas enters the zeolite rotary adsorption zone. Zeolite wheel is a device with efficient adsorption performance, and its surface is coated with zeolite molecular sieve. During the rotation of the wheel, organic pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieves, thereby purifying the exhaust gas. Due to its large specific surface area and unique microporous structure, zeolite rotors have strong adsorption capacity for organic waste gases.

Spin off: As the spin rotates, the saturated adsorption portion enters the desorption zone. In the desorption zone, the organic pollutants adsorbed on the zeolite molecular sieve are desorbed by heating, forming high concentration organic waste gas. Usually, hot air is used as the desorption medium, and the temperature of the hot air is generally around 180-220 ℃. The high concentration organic waste gas extracted is collected and sent to RTO for further treatment.

Waste gas preheating: After the high concentration organic waste gas desorbed from the zeolite wheel enters the RTO, it first enters the preheating zone. In the preheating zone, the exhaust gas exchanges heat with the heat storage body, which transfers the heat generated by the oxidation reaction in the previous cycle to the exhaust gas, causing the exhaust gas temperature to rise to near the reaction temperature.

氧化反應(yīng)：預(yù)熱后的廢氣進(jìn)入氧化室，在高溫（一般為 750 - 850℃）和氧氣的作用下，有機(jī)污染物發(fā)生氧化反應(yīng)，生成二氧化碳和水等無(wú)害物質(zhì)。氧化反應(yīng)釋放出大量的熱量，使廢氣溫度進(jìn)一步升高。

Oxidation reaction: Preheated exhaust gas enters the oxidation chamber, and under the action of high temperature (usually 750-850 ℃) and oxygen, organic pollutants undergo oxidation reaction, generating harmless substances such as carbon dioxide and water. The oxidation reaction releases a large amount of heat, further increasing the temperature of the exhaust gas.

熱量回收：氧化后的高溫廢氣進(jìn)入蓄熱區(qū)，與蓄熱體進(jìn)行熱交換，將熱量傳遞給蓄熱體，使蓄熱體升溫。廢氣自身溫度則降低至接近室溫后排出。蓄熱體吸收的熱量用于下一周期的廢氣預(yù)熱，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)熱量的循環(huán)利用，降低能耗。

Heat recovery: The oxidized high-temperature exhaust gas enters the heat storage area and exchanges heat with the heat storage body, transferring heat to the heat storage body and raising its temperature. The temperature of the exhaust gas itself decreases to near room temperature before being discharged. The heat absorbed by the thermal storage body is used for preheating the exhaust gas in the next cycle, thereby achieving the recycling of heat and reducing energy consumption.

通過(guò)沸石轉(zhuǎn)輪的吸附濃縮和 RTO 的氧化處理，有機(jī)廢氣中的污染物被有效去除，同時(shí)在處理過(guò)程中實(shí)現(xiàn)了廢氣中熱量的回收利用，提高了能源利用效率，降低了運(yùn)行成本。
