　　因為處理氣體、冷卻氣體、及再生氣體都通過轉(zhuǎn)輪的蜂窩孔。因此，氣流中粉屑過多會使轉(zhuǎn)輪蜂窩孔堵塞。所以根據(jù)粉屑的種類、程度，在處理氣體入口處需要設(shè)置空氣過濾器。對于轉(zhuǎn)輪的保養(yǎng)也要有很多注意事項！

　　1.定期檢查轉(zhuǎn)輪的外觀、堵塞情況等，確認(rèn)是否有異常。若發(fā)現(xiàn)堵塞的前兆，請使用吸塵器進(jìn)行清掃，或用水清洗。2.若灰塵堆積己經(jīng)使蜂窩孔完全堵塞了的話，清洗工作會變得非常困難。3.若初期狀態(tài)的話，通過用吸塵器吸收應(yīng)該能比較容易除去粉屑。一旦變得固化，就必須使用水來清洗了。4.用水進(jìn)行清洗時，請事先通過室外空氣使轉(zhuǎn)輪冷卻后再進(jìn)行。清洗時使用的水溫需要低于50°C，請一定要避免使用蒸汽。另外，因為堿水有可能成為引起轉(zhuǎn)輪性能劣化的原因，請避免使用。

　　1.外氣導(dǎo)入;推薦將外氣代替工廠排放氣導(dǎo)入轉(zhuǎn)輪。2.將處理風(fēng)機關(guān)閉,但是如果有排氣從排放口逆流回轉(zhuǎn)輪時，請運轉(zhuǎn)處理風(fēng)機，此時可保持最低風(fēng)量（運轉(zhuǎn)）節(jié)約運行成本。3.再生溫度升溫；到設(shè)定溫度（250°C）為止的升溫過程，至少要經(jīng)過1小時以上，以定速回轉(zhuǎn)運行。4.在250°C溫度穩(wěn)定后，請維持該狀態(tài)運轉(zhuǎn)24小時（推薦，最少12小時）注意：①高溫活化運轉(zhuǎn)前請確認(rèn)轉(zhuǎn)輪表面沒有煙霧顆粒附著。②如果升溫過程太快會導(dǎo)致濃縮轉(zhuǎn)輪起火。③再生溫度超過250℃時，轉(zhuǎn)輪表面固化層、密封條、密封膠、風(fēng)管以及附帶裝置有受熱損傷的風(fēng)險。

　　1.定期檢查、清洗轉(zhuǎn)輪前面過濾裝置，以保證廢氣中顆粒含量低，避免轉(zhuǎn)輪堵塞影響效率；2.定期巡檢轉(zhuǎn)輪前后兩室風(fēng)壓，若出現(xiàn)風(fēng)壓壓差較大，檢查是否由堵塞情況；3.定期給轉(zhuǎn)輪鏈條上油，保證使用壽命；4.若風(fēng)機風(fēng)量改變，可根據(jù)濃度、以及濃縮情況適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)輪轉(zhuǎn)速、以及脫附風(fēng)機風(fēng)量，前提保證脫附效果；5.脫附溫度維持在200-220度，以保證達(dá)到很好的脫附效果；6.設(shè)備停運時先關(guān)閉轉(zhuǎn)輪進(jìn)風(fēng)風(fēng)機，然后關(guān)閉電加熱器，待輪子空轉(zhuǎn)2-3圈關(guān)閉脫附風(fēng)機，最后關(guān)閉轉(zhuǎn)輪電機。7.轉(zhuǎn)輪主軸兩端定期上油保養(yǎng)；8.注意電動機減速機散熱；9.定期檢查轉(zhuǎn)輪表面是否有脫落現(xiàn)象；10.定期更換密封條；
